My Tribute: No one knew Charles like I knew Charles 1960 - 2016 ...In this vignette Charles was asked by his mother ,Lillian (promoted to a higher expression of life January 2015)"would you take me to see mom ( Poplar Bluff)this week-end?" He had just purchased a hunting permit for that deer that was waiting for him. anxious-ness much....those of you that can relate to the 'great event that he is going to miss'....his mind was not on the visit so much....the eleventh hour impending...After a rewarding visit with mom/grandma we headed home...Ava...on the way...the car slows...whispering 'quiet' he slowly opens car door and opens trunk prepares gun...deer stands at attention , observing his movements...still...Charles draws a bead... 'great expectation met'...perfect tree a few feet away, to process. I take Lillian home....I was impressed to share this because of its' importance...by taking Lillian to visit her mom...Charles 'honored' her and grandma...even so his wants had to be put aside...however God knows everything...He's the one that gave Charles the desire to hunt... $ for permit...special mother...there wasn't anything she couldn't do once she set her mind to the project....like tear walls down...and I loved to hear James tell a story help him eat his grilled chicken....God loves Charles...I thank God for all the people that met him on his path through life...sometimes we don't have realization of it then...but how has he benefited from meeting me or you and vice /versa....we are after all gifts to each other...what value expressed?...As Charles is being promoted to a higher expression of life it has been impressed upon me to plant a tree as a memorial here in Belvidere, Illinois....We've had a lot of wind damage that needs replacing....I chose to feed the birds...A special thank-you goes out to Becky for her heart / caretaking ,most appreciated...You are Loved...be in health....
