Charles Winston Oberkrom, 79, of Newburg passed away on September 20, 2024, at Phelps County Hospital. He was born April 22, 1945, in Safe Missouri to Herman “Cap” Theodore and Katie Irene (Hemme) Oberkrom.
Charles worked as a Journeyman Machinist with the Teamsters Local 41 for many years. He had a passion for horseback riding.
Survivors include his children Sherry Bradley, Mark Oberkrom, and Jeff Oberkrom; grandchildren Muriel, Gavin, Paige, Kate, Aaron, Ashley and Brett; great grandchildren Rorey, Remy, Raliegh, Ruthie, Lukas, Makayla and Weston; siblings Ella Mae Magnin, Rosemary Hughes, and Melvin Oberkrom; as well as nieces and nephews Perry Klossner, Keith Klossner, Alfred C. Mangin II, Dottie Seiter, Terry Hughes, Tammy Baker, Hope Jones, Steven Oberkrom, Karen Steibel, Ronnie Oberkrom, and Rena Nadeau.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents; siblings Baby Boy Oberkrom (stillborn), Bettie Klossner, William Oberkrom, and Michael Oberkrom and a nephew Michael Klossner
