Charles E Ray

Charles E Ray, 76, of Rolla passed away on February 09, 2026 at his home. He was born August 27, 1949 in Rolla to Charles and Julia (Burrus) Ray. Charles graduated from Newburg High School in 1967.

Charles worked as a project manager at Missouri Engineering. He was a member of the Rolla Moose Lodge and was inducted into the MO South Central Association of Bowling. He also enjoyed farming and travelling.

He is survived by his daughter Christina (Troy) Pettee of Rolla; granddaughter Taylor and her husband Dakota; three great grandchildren Kennedy, Hallie, and Bristol; two sisters Connie (Steve) Wood and Karen Ray both of Doolittle; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents, a son Charles D. Ray, a granddaughter Madison Miller, brothers Ronald Ray, Robert Daniels, Jimmy Daniels, and David Ray; sisters Bonnie Welton and Vicki Moneymaker.

Services will be February 28th at 12 pm at the Rolla Moose Lodge.
