Connie Houf

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Connie Houf. Born on August 12, 1947, Connie departed from this life on July 2, 2025. Her sweetness, kindness, and dependability made her a beloved figure to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Connie is survived by her loving husband, Garry Houf; their children, Todd Houf and Rachael Drabczyk; and her cherished grandchildren, Laney Drabczyk, Paul Houf, Lilly Drabczyk, Dawson Houf, and Lola Drabczyk. Connie shared a special bond with each of them, and her unwavering love and compassion will remain a guiding light in their lives.

Connie also leaves behind her siblings; brother Johnny Sparkman, sister Cindy Shatzer, brother Jim Rudkin, and sister Cathy Estes. Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Betty Jean Rudkin and fathers John "Bucky" Sparkman and James Rudkin. Their memories lived on in Connie and now continue in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Connie's life will forever be celebrated and her legacy will continue through her children and grandchildren. In her memory, her family asks that you find a moment to show kindness and dependability to others, the way Connie always demonstrated in her lifetime.

She will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who were touched by her gentle, steadfast spirit. Rest in peace, Connie. Your memory lives on in the hearts of those you loved and who loved you in return.

A private service is to be held at the family cemetery in accordance with her wishes.
