Georgia May Powell

  Georgia May Powell age 71 of Crocker, Mo, passed away December 7, 2017 at home with family by her side.  Georgia was born on May 16, 1946 in Crocker, MO a daughter to Edward Zeigenbein and Dora May Carver, deceased.  Georgia attended and graduated from high school in Crocker, MO.  Georgia was a faithful member of Seaton Faith Fellowship Church in Dixon, MO.  She also enjoyed riding horses, singing gospel songs, playing the piano, laughing and joking with others. Survivors include JW Cato of Crocker, Mo, JD & Amy Cato, of Richland, MO, Robert M Cato of Arizona, Heather McBride of Arizona, Robert D Cato of Arkansas and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Georgia is also survived by her 5 sisters, Ruth Walters of Richland, MO, Betty Cochran of Iberia, Mo, Janie Lee of South Carolina, Rosie Taylor of South Carolina, and Peggy Wilson of Dixon, Mo and her 3 Brothers, Clarence Zeigenbein of Waynesville, Mo, Jim Zeigenbein of Campbellsburg, IN and Ted Roy Zeigenbein of Richland, Mo.  Mom, Nanny and Aunty G will be loved and missed by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.   Georgia is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Eddie Zeigenbein, and John Henry Zeigenbein and sister Evelyn Poucher, her son A. Dewayne Cato (Buzz) and her grandson William Jeffries.  Celebration of Life Services will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 11:00 am at Seaton Faith Fellowship Church in Dixon, MO.  Burial will follow services and dinner at the Crocker Cemetery in Crocker, MO.  In Lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to JD Cato at 17130 Ada St., Richland, Mo 65556.
