Harlan Kermit Payne

Harlan Kermit Payne, 84, of Rolla, passed away on January 11, 2023, at Cedar Pointe Nursing Home.  He was born January 02, 1939, in Minnesota to Kermit Cado and Rose E. (Siebert) Payne. 

He was a member of the saddle club for many years and later in life enjoyed playing bingo.  Harlan raised quarter horses for many years then raised Missouri Fox trotters.  Harlan owned and operated Interstate 44 Trailer Sales shortly after moving to Missouri in 1984, he was a natural talker and could sell anything. 

Harlan was predeceased by his parents, a brother Kenneth Payne, and sister Shirley Michael.

He is survived by a daughter Laura (Gino) Ostonal (Payne) of Eminence, MO, sister Rosalie (Payne) Knapp of Battle Lake Minnesota, three grandchildren of Minnesota and Wisconsin and five great grandchildren as well as other family and friends.
