James "Jimmy" Evans Mitchell II

James (Jimmy) Evans Mitchell II, 58, of Pacific passed away on August 3, 2025, in Rolla. He was born on December 09, 1966, in Lancaster, California to James Mitchell and Cynthia (Wheeler) McCasland.

James went to Pacific High School and ultimately received his G.E. D. He was a member of Living Word Ministries of Leasburg and was a member of the Cannabis Community.

He is survived by his daughter Jewel Jones of Union; his father James McCasland; brother Joshua (Margarita) Haney and nephews Ethan and Santiago of Washington, sister Dedra (Patrick) Lindemann and nephews Michael, Meric, and Mason of Union, sister Dasarae Dibella and nephews Skylar and Lawrence and niece Jamye of North Dakota. As well as those known as Jimmy’s Angels Amy Davis of Sullivan and Shirley Martin of Rolla.

He is preceded in death his mother and a nephew Gabe Lopez.
