Jimmy Varner

Jimmy Varner, of Rolla, passed away on December 31, 2023.  He was born in Waynesville on September 20, 1941, to the late Henry and Alice Varner.

Jimmy was raised in Rolla and married Margaret Varner. They spent their life in Rolla where Jimmy worked as a truck driver.  

He enjoyed all things outdoors. He enjoyed boating, hunting, fishing, and camping. Jimmy was also fond of watching the History Channel and playing with his cats.  He loved looking through coins for a hidden treasure.  Most of all Jimmy loved spending time with his family and could often be found on the living room floor wrestling with his grandkids.  

Survivors include brothers Henry and Bill Varner both of Rolla; daughters Terry, Jeanie, and Betty; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
