Katheryn Joyce Crider

Katheryn Joyce Crider, age 66 of St. James, passed away Friday, June 7, 2024, at her residence.

Katheryn was born January 18, 1958, in Battle Creek, MI, a daughter to the late James H. and Laura (Everett) Shaw.

Katheryn attended Bellevue High School in Bellevue, MI.

On June 29, 1985, she was united in marriage to Leo Glenn Crider in Bellevue, MI, he survives of their home.

Katheryn was employed as a cook.

She enjoyed camping, going to the river and doting on her grand kids.

In addition to her husband of 39 years, Katheryn is survived by her children, Michael (Kim) Thrower of Washington, MO, Amber Pickard of Interlochen, MI, Jessica (Jordan) Crocker of St. James and Dakotah (David) Boyer of St. James, brother Terry L. Shaw, sister Jannette Shaw, her grandchildren, Khegan, Dylan, Jordan, Leena, Jaxon, Justice, Emily, Ella, Jayce, Liam, Kash, Ember and Harper.

In addition to her parents, Katheryn was preceded in death by an infant daughter Sarah, a brother, Walter Joe, a sister Joanna and many friends.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no public services.
