Laura Lee Conway, age 74 of Cuba, Mo. passed away July 15, 2016 at her home. Laura was born July 22, 1941 in St. Louis, MO. Daughter of Opal Lavern Mulholland and James Rennie Irwin (both deceased). Granddaughter of Albert John "Red" Mulholland and Mayme Margaret Marshall (both deceased). Laura was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Laura enjoyed cooking, gardening as well as showing & breeding Tennessee Walking Horses and German Shepard's. Laura was an avid reader and loved jigsaw puzzles. Laura loved spending time with her children, grand children, and great grand children. She also enjoyed doing historical research on our ancestors. Survivors include Brother, Robert Meyers Of St. Louis, Missouri; Brother Dennis Meyers of Jacksonville, North Carolina; Daughter, Sonja Sue Conway of Cuba, Missouri; Son Brian Keith Conway, wife Anne Marie (LaRocca) of Wildwood, Missouri; Grandson, Steven Ray Conway, wife Mara Thee (Yoosukh) of Enterprise, Alabama; Grandsons, Bryce Michael Conway and Easton John-David Conway of Wildwood, Missouri; Great Grandsons, Ethan Chase Conway and Colin Bryce Conway of Enterprise, Alabama. Private Memorial Services to be held on July 22, 2016 at her home in Cuba, Missouri, where her ashes will be spread in Dogwood Valley, along with the planting of a tree in her memory. Laura was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She was strong willed, caring and a beautiful woman who always placed the needs of her family above her own. She never asked for anything, and gave everything she had. Laura will be deeply missed and forever remembered by both Family and Friends.
