Nora Ellen Cunningham

  Nora Ellen Cunningham age 71 of Salem, passed away January 30, 2017, at her residence in Salem. Nora was born on May 23, 1945, in Pekin, Illinois, a daughter to the late Walter and Frances (Baker) Hedrick. Nora was a proud foster parent for over ten years. She loved gardening, sewing, arranging flowers, decorating and spending time with family and friends. Surviving are her five children: Christine Hedrick, Deanna Piatt and her husband Dale, Samuel Hedrick, Heather McGraff and her husband Michael, and Mary Hedrick all of Salem; five grandchildren, David, Alyssa, Derick, Nora and Garrett. She is preceded in death by: four sisters, Fran Yelverton, Ruby Smith, Ruth Hedrick, and Thelma Shaw; one brother, Kenneth Hedrick; one niece and one nephew. No services are planned at this time.
