Pamela Marie Marino-Bell

Pamela Marie Marino-Bell, of St. James, Missouri, peacefully went to her heavenly home on Saturday, June 28, 2025. She was 64 years old.

Pam was born on January 17, 1961, in Salem, Missouri, to Thomas Francis Marino and Veradean Marie Phillips. She graduated from Rolla High School in 1979 and later earned her nursing degree from Lincoln University.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Francis Marino and Veradean Marie Phillips, her sister Lisa Ann Jordan, and her beloved daughter, Grace Elizabeth Quigley.

Left to mourn her passing are her two sons, whom she loved beyond measure: Christopher Thomas Marino, of St. James, Connor Francis Tivioli, and his girlfriend Tara Dunn, of St. James, and Son-In-Spirit Dennis Robinson of Rolla

She is also survived by her sister, Debra Elizabeth Parker, and husband Andy, of Walnut Grove, Missouri.

Pam leaves behind her cherished nieces and nephews: Ryan Matthew Jordan, of Licking, MO Kylie Marie McDonald and husband Gavin, of Rolla, MO Katherine Elizabeth Beatty and husband Ryan, of Willard, MO Caroline Louise Parker and boyfriend Cody Wiener, of Springfield, MO Samuel Thomas Parker, of Walnut Grove, MO

She was also "Grandma-in-love" to Serenity and Beaux Dunn, of St. James.

Pam had a strong faith in Jesus and was known for sharing that faith freely. If she said she would pray for you, you knew she truly would. She touched many lives throughout her career as a nurse, her church involvement, and her passionate work with local animal rescue organizations. Over the years, she fostered many dogs—some of whom became beloved “foster failures” who stayed with her permanently.

Pam had a deep love of learning, a sharp wit, and a fantastic sense of humor. She was always there for her sons, her sister, and her many friends.

A private memorial service will be held for the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Rolla Animal Shelter 1915 Sharp Road Rolla, MO 65401
