Penny Lynn Brown

Penny Lynn Brown, 62, of St. James passed away on April 7, 2026, at Phelps Health. She was born on February 14, 1964, in Rolla to James and Doris (Ellis) Brown.

Penny enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing bingo, going to St Louis Cardinal games, and most of all spending time with friends and family.

She is survived by her mother Doris Brown of St James; brother Jim Brown and wife Vicky of St James; son Kenneth Ragan of St. James, daughter Donna Eickhorst and husband Tom of Devils Elbow, son Brad West of St. James; grandson Scott Hill Jr and Abby of Waynesville, grandson Kyle Hill and Sarah of Rolla, grandson Brayden West of Rolla, granddaughter Briley West of Rolla; uncle Dennis Brown of St. James; great grandsons Laiklin and Jaxton Hill of Waynesville; special friends Larry Armistead of St. James, Jerry Hammer of Troy, and David Forester of Newburg.

Penny is preceded in death by her father James Brown.
