Randall James MacCash

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Randall (Randy) James MacCash on July 24, 2026, at the age of 65 in Rolla, Missouri.

Randy was born on May 9, 1961, in Rolla, MO to Jim and Nina MacCash. He graduated from Rolla High School in 1980 and had a long career at the United States Geological Survey.

As a longtime golfer he was an active member of Oak Meadow Country Club. Randy was an avid sports fan and could be found at many Rolla High School athletic events; wrestling, soccer, football and anything else family or friends were involved in. Randy loved the outdoors and hunting, fishing or just being outside with his family and friends were his favorite activities.

Randy is survived by his wife Marcia MacCash, sons Logan MacCash (Hillary) and Thomas MacCash (fiancé Lindsey Moore) and grandchildren Rafe MacCash and Rory MacCash. He is also survived by his parents Jim and Nina MacCash, siblings Ricky MacCash, Rusty MacCash (Julie), Mona Bautista (Chris) and countless others who were impacted by his years of kindness, friendship and love.

A casual celebration of life will be held August 16, 2026, at Oak Meadow Country Club in Rolla, MO. Please feel free to drop-in from 2:00-4:00pm to share love, stories and memories with family and friends. We know there are countless stories to share. Randy lived more in his 65 years than most could ever hope to live in many lifetimes.

Randy is known by many as a best friend and will always be remembered for his caring involvement in our community, his love for friends and family and being the best example of a man, husband, father, uncle and grandfather (Pap) anyone could ever ask for.

In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital or the charitable cause of their choice in Randy’s memory.
