Robert "Bo" Allen Rivard, age 60 of St. Robert, passed away Monday, August 6, 2018, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Bo was born August 3, 1958, in Fort Dix, NJ, a son to the late Raymond Rivard, Sr. and Gloria (Arsenault) Elliott. Bo was united in marriage to Janice Livingston on April 13, 2002, in front of the family pond. She survives of the home. Bo's work as a carpenter took him across the country from helping to work on the Pentagon to helping in the restoration of Harry S. Truman's home in Independence, MO. He also helped in the building of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa where his granddaughter will be attending this fall. Bo was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed fishing, music and building model cars. In addition to his wife of 16 years, Bo is survived by: two daughters, Kristina Livingston and Brittnie Golden; one son, Robert "Bo" Rivard; three siblings, Rita Rivard-Carson, Lucien Rivard and his wife Brooke and Raymond Rivard and his significant other, Cheryl Jackson; grandchildren, Jenie Luce, Angel Luce, Mack, Jesse and Hannah Golden; uncle to, Mack, Jesse, Sommer, Brannon, Lauren, Noel, Ian, Conswelia (Rob) McCourt, Shawn Livingston and Jazmyn (Vincent) Robertson as well as many other family members and friends. In addition to his parents, Bo was preceded in death by a stepfather, William Elliott. A Celebration of Bo's Life will be held starting at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Judy's Place, 21754 Teardrop Road, Devils Elbow, MO 65457 Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Rivard family. Bo was a joker, a toker and a midnight smoker and would always leave you with his favorite quote, "Peace Pot and Microdot"
