William "Billy" Thomas Rude

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of William “Billy” Thomas Rude on March 7, 2026.

Billy was a loving partner to Elisha Wethy and a proud father and grandfather to Lexis(daughter Macie), Khloe, and Rubie. He loved the outdoors, fishing, and the country life he grew up enjoying through 4-H. Billy spent many years working in the restaurant industry, where he built lasting friendships at Sirloin Stockade, Applebee’s, and Buffalo Wild Wings.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Fredrick Rude Sr. and Patricia Ann Wilmer Arthur, grandmother Rubie Martin, and great- aunt Faye Longo.

Billy is survived by his children Lexis, Khloe and Rubie; sisters Stephanie Tennyson (Christopher Tennyson) and Christine Coplin ( Terrence Moore) brother Charles Rude (Debra Rude) half-brothers James Rude and Michael Rude; aunts Virgina Vanney and Debra Granberg; great-uncle Mike Longo, nieces and nephew, and many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

A celebration of life will be at Calvary Apostolic Church in Saint James on April the 11th, 2026 starting at noon.
